Fionna Borman
Admin Team LeaderFionna joined OpenDoors in a part time admin role before being elevated to Team Leader where she has responsibility for all aspects of the administration areas of OpenDoors ensuring that this vital part of the business operates smoothly and accurate information flows through from sales, to production and on to invoicing. Fionna is precise and friendly and provides a vital connection between our customers admin teams and our own. In her spare time Fionna loves to get outdoors and enjoys biking and walking whenever she can.
Grant Collett
Production Team LeaderGrant has been associated with the door pre-hanging industry for much of his career and is widely acknowledged as being one of the leading production experts in the industry. As Team Leader he has complete oversight of all aspects of the production process and manages the day to day operations of our Tauranga based factory. He and his team are responsible for producing an extremely high quality product for our Customers from entry level right through to high end boutique designer product. He is committed to delivery in full, on time, & in spec. Grant is a fan of Hot Rods and modified cars and has much practical experience in this area.
Paul Henderson
Sales Team LeaderPaul lives and breathes sales and has a real passion for providing the right solution for customers. His easy going yet detailed approach ensures optimum results are achieved. Paul has had an extensive background in sales leadership, facilitation, culture coordination and has a real willingness to help people succeed and reach their goals. He and his team are responsible for engaging directly with new clients, all existing key accounts and providing a top notch experience when it comes to excellence, innovation & care. In his spare time he enjoys watching sport, creating memories with his family and collecting sports memorabilia.
